For my first mission in the Costa Brava Pyrenees I had to learn how to make ‘pa amb tomàquet’ (Bread with tomato), a catalan speciality.
Luckily I got some help from Goretti who together with her husband Roy run La Rectoria Sant Miquel de Pineda, a cute and remote B&B in the Pyrenees where I’m staying at the moment.
